About the role
The Admin Assistant will support the administration of security applications, card systems and project logistics for ADNOC projects. The role involves coordinating training, travel, and expense processes for offshore and onshore personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Administer CICPA Security application for new requests and renewals.
- Manage OPTIMA Cards and Port Passes, including renewals.
- Organize offshore and onshore training, medical requirements, and PPE distribution for project staff.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of ADNOC project training data to ensure timely renewals.
- Arrange air tickets and hotel accommodations for rotating offshore employees.
- Handle expense reports and scrutinize vendor invoices for payment processing.
- Coordinate with procurement to renew vendor contracts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of similar administrative experience.
- Arabic typing ability is considered an advantage.
Required skills
