About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join Eagle International Schools in Riyadh. The role involves supporting the school’s daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with parents and students, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and receive parents at the school.
- Record, track, and follow up on invoices and fee payments.
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow‑up with parents.
- Handle internal follow‑up tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Manage and update student records and files.
- Coordinate with Academic and Finance departments as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in registration or administrative roles within an international school.
- Strong ability to communicate with parents and students of diverse nationalities.
- High organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
