Learning Program Builder Intern

About the role

Hunters Academy by Trivers is building a new professional learning ecosystem for recruiters and talent advisors. As a Learning Program Builder Intern you will work directly with the founding team to design, structure and launch the Academy’s first learning journeys, assessments and cohort experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and organize the Academy’s curriculum, learning journeys and modular content across capability levels.
• Create assessment structures, competency maps, scenario‑based questions and scoring methodology for the initial assessment.
• Manage cohort logistics including registration, onboarding, scheduling, communication, attendance and progress tracking.
• Coordinate learning materials, exercises, cases and practical tools to ensure consistency and progression.
• Collect and analyse data on registration, attendance, engagement and assessment performance to generate insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional interested in Learning & Development, HR, education or program management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear structures.
• Logical thinker who is curious about how people learn and develop.
• Comfortable working with data, digital tools and experimenting with AI‑enabled learning technologies.
• Proactive, takes ownership and can manage multiple moving pieces without detailed instructions.
• Enthusiastic about recruitment and talent acquisition and enjoys building programs from scratch.
