Agent Engineering Intern

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI start‑up in Riyadh as an Agent Engineering Intern. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and client‑facing teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents that address real‑world challenges, gaining hands‑on experience in a high‑impact area of modern AI.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) for new client use cases, from scoping to demo‑ready delivery.
• Design and develop AI agents on the company platform, translating client requirements into functional workflows.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of agent implementations, managing timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, present progress, and manage expectations.
• Listen to recorded voice calls between AI agents and customers, evaluate accuracy, tone, compliance, and overall experience.
• Score conversations against a defined quality rubric, document findings, and flag errors, hallucinations, or policy issues.
• Identify patterns across calls, suggest improvements to prompts and workflows, and share feedback with Operations.
• Help refine the QA rubric and contribute to weekly quality reports.

Required profile

• Final semester or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Based in Riyadh and able to work on‑site.
