Agile Coach

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation across multiple teams and departments. You will work closely with leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross‑functional teams to raise Agile maturity, improve delivery effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leaders on Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and training sessions.
• Identify and remove impediments at both team and organizational levels.
• Assess Agile maturity, define improvement initiatives, and track metrics to drive data‑based decisions.
• Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives and ensure transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching, Scrum Master or delivery management roles.
• Proven track record of leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership.
