AI Product Owner (Agentic Systems & Python)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Owner to lead the development of autonomous AI agent products. The role sits between business and technology teams, turning big ideas into working AI tools while requiring strong technical expertise in Python and a deep understanding of AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Create the product vision and roadmap for AI agents and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, using Python and AI knowledge to guide decisions on cost, speed, and accuracy.
• Write clear technical user stories and requirements for agile sprints.
• Develop tests and guardrails to ensure AI systems are accurate, safe, and helpful.
• Monitor user feedback and performance data to continuously improve AI agents.

Required profile

• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh.
• Proven experience managing technology products or leading software engineering teams.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in the fast‑changing, experimental environment of generative AI.

Required skills

• Python programming (writing or reading code).
• Experience with agentic AI tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
