AI Trainer Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract role focuses on training next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world input. Working fully remotely, you will evaluate, annotate, and improve AI‑generated content across a range of domains.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model improvements.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to interpret guidelines and refine rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain detailed records of annotations and evaluations.
• Conduct critical reading and analysis of complex subjects such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal topics.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation.
• Strong critical reading and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

Required skills
