IT PMO Manager

About the role

The IT PMO Manager in Jeddah will lead project governance, planning and reporting across all value streams, ensuring transparency, consistency and operational excellence. The role supports leadership with data‑driven insights to secure delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
• Structure planning cycles, milestones and execution follow‑up across all value streams.
• Consolidate and monitor portfolio progress, risks and dependencies, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify cross‑stream risks, drive mitigation actions and support teams in proactive risk management.
• Continuously improve tools, templates and ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in PMO, project or program support roles.
• Strong background in reporting, governance and planning.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in digital or IT environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
