Alliances Senior Administrator – Partner Account (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a dynamic Alliances Senior Administrator to support its partner ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Regional Vice President for Alliances Middle East, you will manage a large volume of system integrators and help drive partner‑generated revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive ACV growth by generating partner pipeline within the assigned network of system integrators.
• Act as the central liaison between external partners and internal Salesforce teams such as Direct Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success.
• Support partner logistics for training, marketing events, certification maintenance, and pipeline tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tech sales or channel management (software, SaaS, tech consulting, or fast‑paced startup).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, holder of a valid KSA work visa, and deep knowledge of the local market.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform or other CRM tools (training provided if needed).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to keep projects on track.
