Field Sales Representative – Building Materials (Jeddah)

About the role

Building Care Company for Paints is launching direct sales of its wall putty and tile adhesive products to hardware and building‑material shops across Jeddah. The company seeks a field sales representative who already knows these shops and can drive sales on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 12‑15 hardware and building‑material shops daily across Jeddah.
• Sell Wall Putty Premium (20 kg) and Tile Adhesive C1TE (20 kg) to shop owners.
• Deliver small orders from the Jeddah warehouse using the company pickup.
• Collect payments, follow up on invoices and send a daily WhatsApp report of visits, orders and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling building materials, paints or construction chemicals to shops in Jeddah.
• Existing relationships with shop owners and counter staff in Jeddah.
• Fluent in Urdu, good spoken Arabic; basic English is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Current residence in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama.

• Basic salary plus uncapped commission on every bag sold, with higher rates for higher selling prices.
