Arabic Community Lead

About the role

Mirai is seeking a passionate Arabic Community Lead to establish and grow its presence in the MENA region. You will create and manage Arabic‑language channels, adapt global messaging for local audiences, and act as the cultural bridge between the company and Arabic‑speaking users.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Arabic Discord, Facebook and other social channels, driving community acquisition and retention.
• Localize Mirai’s brand messaging into authentic Arabic, respecting regional dialects and cultural nuances.
• Design and run community initiatives such as AMAs, contests and virtual events.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor junior moderators, establishing SOPs and communication guidelines.
• Set performance KPIs for the moderation team and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure all interactions comply with regional norms and Mirai’s global safety standards.
• Proactively manage conflicts and lead crisis communication in Arabic.
• Maintain fluent communication with the global team in English.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Deep understanding of the MENA digital, gaming and tech landscape.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a track record of training junior staff.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on community management on platforms such as Discord, Facebook, Telegram or X.
