Senior Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead the communication strategy for a fast‑growing Customer Success organization operating globally. The role sits at the intersection of executive storytelling, internal engagement and cross‑functional alignment, translating leadership vision into clear, actionable messages for revenue‑focused teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive communications in partnership with senior leadership, including strategic messaging, updates, talking points and presentations.
• Support the Chief of Staff in shaping high‑impact narratives that convey priorities and organizational direction.
• Own internal Customer Success communications such as All‑Hands meetings, newsletters, Slack updates and announcements.
• Lead employee‑engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen alignment, recognition and team connectivity.
• Create and manage communication plans for events, conferences, off‑sites and leadership appearances.
• Produce organizational updates, internal briefings and company‑wide communications highlighting performance and key wins.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Enablement and Revenue teams to ensure consistent customer‑facing messaging.
• Drive internal storytelling that elevates the visibility of Customer Success as a critical revenue engine.

Required profile

• 6‑7+ years of experience in corporate, internal or executive communications.
• Strong background supporting sales, Customer Success or other go‑to‑market teams.
• Proven ability to craft executive‑level messaging and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with talent for simplifying complex ideas.
• Deep understanding of revenue‑generating organizations, their cadence and stakeholder dynamics.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
