Arabic-Speaking Early Careers Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Recruiter to lead early‑careers and campus hiring initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment, stakeholder partnership, and on‑site event delivery to attract top emerging talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from attraction and selection to onboarding, meeting agreed SLAs and quality standards.
• Design and execute campus recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, assessment centres and university engagement events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy.
• Develop and sustain high‑quality candidate pipelines, ensuring rigorous shortlisting and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with recruitment coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling, communication and onboarding logistics.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia and occasionally the wider Middle East to support campus events and regional hiring needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in early‑careers and campus recruitment, with a track record of delivering hiring outcomes.
• Strong expertise in managing full‑cycle recruitment, including attraction, selection and onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with HR Business Partners and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Hands‑on experience organising campus events, career fairs and attraction strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and periodically across the Middle East.
