Arabic-Speaking Recruiter – Emerging Talent

About the role

The Emerging Talent Recruiter will focus on attracting and hiring early‑career candidates across Saudi Arabia, with a particular emphasis on Arabic‑speaking talent. Working within AMS’s global talent solutions team, you will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver high‑quality campus recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for early‑career and campus positions, from attraction to onboarding.
• Design and execute campus recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, assessment centres and university engagement events.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of Arabic‑speaking candidates, ensuring high‑quality shortlisting and hiring.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HRBPs and recruitment coordinators to align on hiring needs and deliver on SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Act as a custodian of candidate experience, providing a professional and consistent journey from application through offer acceptance.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to support recruitment activities and represent the client brand at external events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume campus or early‑career recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet agreed service levels.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication abilities.
