Architect BIM Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a fresh Architectural BIM Engineer to join our project teams in Jeddah. You will support the creation of accurate BIM models and drawings, ensuring they meet project specifications and coordination standards under senior supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update architectural BIM models using Revit according to drawings, specifications, and BIM standards.
• Produce architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details extracted from the BIM model.
• Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and LOD compliance.
• Assist in BIM coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, including basic clash detection.
• Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and comments promptly into the model.
• Manage model structure, naming conventions, and file organization.
• Support quantity take‑offs and basic scheduling when required.
• Follow company BIM standards, workflows, and QA/QC procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in a technical engineering role or BIM‑related internship.
• Familiarity with site or technical office workflows is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Revit.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BIM fundamentals (LOD, families, views, sheets).
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo for Revit (advantage).
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks (advantage).
