CSR / Material Engineer

About the role

The CSR / Material Engineer will act as the primary liaison for order processing, goods distribution, and customer service within the branch. This role combines technical material expertise with strong communication and safety responsibilities to support Saint‑Gobain's construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for order processing and goods distribution for the branch.
• Arrange product samples for regional customers and sales teams.
• Act as Fire Marshal, overseeing fire safety as designated by the HSE department.
• Resolve material return issues following established procedures.
• Draft internal and external correspondence and handle non‑technical customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare and deliver business reports and presentations.
• Promote high‑level service across the distribution network.
• Conduct inventory of supplies, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Answer incoming calls, process emails, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Required profile

• B.S. degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering.
• Member of the Saudi Council of Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Material Engineer.
• Training in construction materials and experience in the construction sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
