Architect Engineer – Saudi National

About the role

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Architect Engineer (Saudi National) to join its team. The role involves delivering architectural designs and ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements across a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform conventional and moderately complex architectural assignments, developing original designs and design concepts.
• Prepare and review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards.
• Write construction specifications, prepare equipment and material requisitions, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams on site, and review, approve, and issue detailed design and construction drawings prepared by others.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant architectural or engineering experience, or a broad general engineering background.
• Professional registration may be required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the potential to perform in a lead capacity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Familiarity with architectural design software and industry standards.
