Architectural Site Engineer

About the role

Professional Touch is seeking an Architectural Site Engineer to lead on‑site execution of turnkey projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves translating architectural designs into built environments, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with architectural designs and specifications.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating material deliveries and work completion.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and clients to resolve challenges and optimise solutions.
• Utilise AutoCAD and other software for 3D visualisation and project planning.
• Ensure adherence to construction regulations and industry standards.
• Administer contracts and maintain documentation related to site activities.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering teamwork.
• Maintain effective client relations, meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Implement problem‑solving strategies to mitigate risks and resolve site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and project resources.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
