Area Maintenance Head - Petrochemical Plant

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is hiring an Area Maintenance Head for a petrochemical plant in Jubail. The role covers the execution of maintenance work on the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems of the plant, in line with company standards, and includes reporting, coordination with planning and reliability teams and daily site management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors covering mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work of the petrochemical plant according to company standards.
• Report regularly in the CMMS system on maintenance execution at the plant.
• Support the planning and scheduling supervisor and the reliability department with bad actor analysis.
• Prepare a weekly report and discuss it in the maintenance meeting.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate job-specific training with the Head of HR.
• Ensure all safety requirements are followed during job execution.

Required profile

• Oil and gas maintenance experience: minimum 20 years with a high school diploma, 15 years with a diploma, or 10 years with a bachelor's degree.
• Good knowledge of refinery equipment and team piloting of maintenance contracts.
• Well organized and proactive, with excellent communication skills and proven leadership in large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure, strategic thinking and the ability to deliver results in a multicultural environment.
