Area Manager – Operations (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

As an Area Manager you will lead a diverse team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring safety, productivity and quality standards are consistently met. You will work on‑site, collaborating with peers and external partners to keep operations aligned with customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across all shifts.
• Analyse performance data, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and support a large team while handling administrative duties.
• Maintain process efficiency, monitor safety standards and manage daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and plan contingencies.
• Work with engineers and technical teams to evaluate operational improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Physical ability to push/pull wheeled dollies loaded up to 100 lb.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
