Assistant Director of Sales – Luxury Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

The Assistant Director of Sales will support the Director of Sales in shaping and executing the sales strategy for Faena The Red Sea, an ultra‑luxury hotel opening in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue across luxury leisure, corporate, government, MICE and other high‑value segments while building strong relationships with key domestic and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales plans, segment action plans and business development initiatives across KSA, GCC and international markets.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts, prospect new business, and negotiate corporate, consortia and wholesale agreements.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Events and Operations to align sales activity with pricing, demand generation and seamless guest delivery.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows and networking events, delivering presentations, site inspections and familiarisation trips.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipelines, forecasts and performance reports for senior commercial leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experience covering multiple market segments.
• Proven track record in securing high‑value accounts and managing complex VIP business.
• Strong network and market knowledge across Saudi Arabia, GCC and key international luxury feeder markets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with deep understanding of Saudi business culture and protocol.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems and hotel commercial platforms.
