About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Executive to drive growth and expand its presence across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Saudi Arabian market.
• Leverage existing professional connections to generate qualified leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Arrange client meetings, present service offerings and identify commercial opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with organisations across various industries.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and support tender submissions, negotiations and contract discussions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored business solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships or key account management.
• Established professional network and strong business connections across Saudi Arabia – mandatory.
• Proven track record of securing new clients and developing commercial partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment, procurement processes and commercial practices.
• Experience engaging with senior executives, procurement leaders and key decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (strongly preferred).
• Ability to work independently and deliver against business development targets.
