Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, supporting daily operations across one or more dining outlets. You will help create memorable guest experiences while ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support seamless operations by assisting with daily food and beverage management, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing and reporting.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by helping develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.
• Deliver consistent quality by ensuring food presentation meets high standards and monitoring cost and portion controls to maximize value.
• Support team performance by supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback and recognition.
• Recruit and train talent by assisting with hiring, onboarding and coaching of staff.
• Uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
