Assistant Front Office Manager

About the role

Join IHG Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Front Office Manager and help shape the first impression for every guest. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will support the Director of Rooms in delivering seamless registration, reservations, and concierge services while driving revenue and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the front office team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Engage directly with guests, resolve complaints, and build lasting relationships.
• Conduct regular front office inspections to maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Assist in budget preparation and identify opportunities to increase walk‑in revenue and up‑sell at the desk.
• Train staff on operational procedures and act as the point of contact during emergencies or crises.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of front office or guest service experience, including at least 2 years as an Assistant Front Office Manager in Madinah or Makkah.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, administrative and time‑management abilities.
• Saudi national with prior experience in Madinah/Makkah hotels.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Oracle OPERA PMS Front Office system.
