Assistant Lounge Manager

About the role

The Assistant Lounge Manager supports the smooth operation and managerial performance of airport lounge facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working on assigned shifts, you will ensure high standards of guest service, safety and compliance while acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues and emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the designated shift, ensuring team members deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain proper presentation and availability of food, beverages and lounge amenities in line with company standards.
• Manage administrative tasks such as staff rosters, task assignments and shift coverage.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, guidance and performance management to team members.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate updates, service changes and recovery learnings.
• Evaluate team performance and coordinate training and development activities.
• Handle operational issues, emergencies and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
