Assistant Manager – Executive Medical Representation

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Executive Medical Representation will act as a medical delegate for Nestlé Infant Nutrition products in the Jeddah territory. You will ethically detail product information to medical and paramedical professionals, ensuring compliance with WHO guidelines and local codes while promoting breastfeeding as the optimal feeding choice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate, evidence‑based information on Nestlé infant nutrition products to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote the benefits of breastfeeding and the appropriate use of Nestlé products when breastfeeding is not possible.
• Organise and support scientific meetings, product‑knowledge sessions, and guest‑lecturer events for medical and paramedical audiences.
• Monitor competitor activities, new product launches, and communication strategies, reporting findings to the Medical Field Manager.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts, calls, and correspondence using master lists and call‑card documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with Nestlé instructions, the International Code of Marketing of Breast‑milk Substitutes, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, Biology or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate or in a similar medical‑field role is desirable.
