Assistant Manager / Manager – Business Services & Outsourcing

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager to join our Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) department. The role combines strong accounting expertise with the ability to support BSO service marketing, proposal preparation, and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise payment processing, maintain accurate accounting records, and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and draft statutory financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and ensure timely closing of the books.
• Coordinate VAT, Withholding Tax, and Zakat filings with consultants.
• Develop and document internal control processes and business cycles.
• Support BSO marketing activities, draft proposals and engagement letters, and assist in acquiring new clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
• Professional certification preferred (CMA, ACCA, CPA).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia (preferred).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP/accounting software such as Sage, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS for SMEs) and Saudi tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
