Assistant Manager - Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing to support the development and execution of our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update social media platforms and digital content.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Produce engaging marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or other customer‑focused industries.
