Assistant Manager – Reservations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Reservations to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla, a new 215‑room hotel in Saudi Arabia. The role will help ensure accurate and efficient reservation operations for both leisure and business guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily reservation operations.
• Monitor reservations and ensure booking details are accurate.
• Support the reservations team and coordinate daily activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor room availability and reservation records.
• Support the team in resolving booking issues and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Good understanding of reservation procedures and hotel operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Good command of English.
