Assistant Manager – Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales supports the solicitation and handling of sales opportunities, ensuring smooth turnover for service delivery and building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships. The role contributes to achieving personal and location sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and community outreach.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, competitors, and target customers to maximize revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, support the company’s service standards, and gather guest feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 2 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue‑maximization strategies.
• Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
