About the role
The Assistant Manager – Training supports the identification and delivery of employee development programs to drive business results. The role focuses on creating and facilitating training that covers product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills within a hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and administer employee training programs, ensuring staff understand guest expectations and service standards.
- Monitor enrollment, attendance, and effectiveness of training sessions, measuring return on investment and learning transfer.
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with managers to design and adjust training plans and budgets.
- Assist in developing and managing the training budget in alignment with HR and property financial goals.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field, 1 year of HR or related experience, and certified trainer status.
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same disciplines, certified trainer, with no prior work experience required.
