About the role
The Assistant Officer – Events supports the planning and execution of sponsorship initiatives, events and production activities. Working closely with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders, the role ensures impactful experiences that reinforce the company’s objectives and brand presence.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute events, exhibitions and special projects, ensuring smooth operations and timeline adherence.
- Assist with pre‑ and post‑event tasks such as material organization, inventory tracking, storage and preparation of event kits.
- Monitor event‑related costs and ensure they align with approved budgets.
- Manage logistical requirements with vendors, venues and internal teams to guarantee readiness and quality delivery.
- Support sponsor coordination, ensuring deliverables and event integration meet brand and partner objectives.
- Help develop event‑related content for social media in collaboration with the Communications team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Public Relations.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
