Assistant Outlet Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

As an Assistant Outlet Manager (Arabic Speaking) at Miraval The Red Sea, you will support the Outlet Manager in delivering mindful hospitality and exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and authentic connections with Arabic‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in supervising all aspects of outlet operations, including opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Lead daily briefings, communicate menu knowledge, wellness offerings, and guest preferences to the team.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance throughout service.
• Monitor reservations, seating, and table management to optimise guest flow and satisfaction.
• Provide warm, intuitive service, building genuine relationships with guests, especially Arabic‑speaking clientele.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Coach, motivate and develop outlet colleagues, supporting onboarding and continuous training.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, Miraval service philosophy, and Food & Beverage operating procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability in a hospitality or food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a mindful, caring approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively, foster inclusion and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• In‑depth menu knowledge and familiarity with wellness cuisine concepts.
• Understanding of Arabic guest preferences and cultural hospitality standards.
• Knowledge of Hyatt brand standards and Miraval service philosophy.
