About the role
We are looking for qualified academic professionals to join the College of Business at Al Asala Colleges in Dammam for the upcoming academic year. Open ranks include Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor across a range of business specialisations such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management and more.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate courses in the chosen business discipline.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Provide academic advising and support to students.
- Participate in curriculum design, programme review and academic committees.
- Contribute to quality‑assurance processes and accreditation activities.
Required profile
- PhD degree in a Business‑related field from an accredited university.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience teaching at the university level.
