About the role
The College of Business and Digital Innovation at the University of New Haven – Riyadh is seeking an Assistant Professor of Practice in Management to begin in Spring 2027. This faculty position combines teaching, service, and applied research while helping shape a new business curriculum in a rapidly growing international campus.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses, such as Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Leadership, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship.
- Develop and update innovative curricula aligned with industry needs.
- Collect and analyze learning assessment data to support academic quality.
- Conduct research that advances the field of management.
- Provide student advising, career mentoring, and mentorship for capstone projects.
Required profile
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and a student‑centered approach.
- Ability to contribute to faculty service and academic governance.
- Experience advising or mentoring students in higher education.
