About the role

The College of Business and Digital Innovation at the University of New Haven – Riyadh is seeking an Assistant Professor of Practice in Management to begin in Spring 2027. This faculty position combines teaching, service, and applied research while helping shape a new business curriculum in a rapidly growing international campus.

Key responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses, such as Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Leadership, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship.
Develop and update innovative curricula aligned with industry needs.
Collect and analyze learning assessment data to support academic quality.
Conduct research that advances the field of management.
Provide student advising, career mentoring, and mentorship for capstone projects.

Required profile

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and a student‑centered approach.
Ability to contribute to faculty service and academic governance.
Experience advising or mentoring students in higher education.
