Assistant Residence Manager - Four Seasons Red Sea

About the role

The Residences Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operation of the residential community at the new Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the Director of Residences, the role covers HOA administration, owner relations, financial oversight, project coordination and high-quality service for residential owners. The resort is located on Shura Island and will offer about 149 rooms and suites.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact between residents and hotel departments such as Rooms, Engineering, Housekeeping and Security, keeping resident profiles accurate and handling feedback and issues.
• Manage HOA billing: issue monthly statements, track payments, follow up on delinquencies, and work with Finance on vendor payments and invoices.
• Prepare and share monthly resident spend reports and utility aging reports.
• Help plan projects needing unit access, inspect common areas and coordinate maintenance and landscaping.
• Support staffing, training and disciplinary processes for residential staff, and help with safety and emergency protocols.
• Educate owners on their rights and obligations, assist with budgeting and annual HOA meetings, and build relationships with the developer, vendors and the local community.

Required profile

• Background in luxury hospitality or branded residential environments, ideally with HOA experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with initiative, sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in branded residences or HOA/hospitality leadership.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial and HOA administration.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office Suite.
