Assistant Store Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Fendi, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will act as the Store Manager when needed and help drive sales performance while maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Empower and support the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
• Conduct in‑store training, onboarding of new hires, and performance assessments.
• Assume Store Manager duties in their absence, supervising personnel and enforcing company policies.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent in collaboration with store leadership.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage appointments, and meet sales targets.
• Utilise CRM tools, monitor mystery shopper results, and provide feedback on market trends.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality customer service and handle client‑centric situations.
• Good understanding of sales processes, inventory control, and visual merchandising concepts.
