About the role
Sundry IT Solutions is looking for an Assistant Systems Engineer to provide onsite IT support, manage endpoints, and assist with Microsoft cloud technologies and IT infrastructure in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Windows devices, application deployment, and patching.
- Support Microsoft Intune device management and compliance policies.
- Administer user accounts, access, and authentication in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Provide support for Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Monitor backups and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Deliver L1/L2 support for end users, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support tickets.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
