About the role
Linnk Group is looking for an experienced Senior Applications Management Specialist to join its Riyadh office on a renewable yearly contract. The role focuses on managing critical banking applications, ensuring production stability, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide production support for banking applications, handling major incidents and root‑cause analysis.
- Manage vendor performance, SLA compliance, and coordinate software releases.
- Lead cybersecurity and regulatory audit activities, including disaster‑recovery testing.
- Collaborate with ITIL processes, ServiceNow and Jira for incident and change management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Application Management, Application Support or IT Service Delivery.
- Banking or financial services background preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- ITIL framework knowledge.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with Jira.
- Experience with reporting tools.
