Associate Director - Capital Markets, KSA

About the role

JLL is hiring an Associate Director for its Capital Markets practice in Saudi Arabia, based on-site in Riyadh. The role combines technical financial expertise with client-facing work on commercial real estate transactions, offering exposure to the full spectrum of CRE capital markets deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial models and analysis for CRE transactions, and write information memorandums and marketing materials
• Gather market research and intelligence, and perform cash flow analysis and valuations
• Build the client base through networking and relationship building, assess client needs and develop proposals
• Manage transactions from origination to close, including regular calls, meetings and site visits
• Structure deals (joint development, joint venture, asset sales, redevelopment), coordinate due diligence and support negotiations and deal execution
• Identify target transactions

Required profile

• MBA Finance, CA or CFA qualification
• 3-7 years of experience in investment banking or transaction services
• Experience in real estate and/or logistics and industrial sectors preferred
• 50%+ travel required for deal activities, site visits and client meetings
