Associate Director - Customer Success

About the role

RateGain is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead customer success for its hospitality portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will own a strategic set of hotel accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention and revenue growth across the company’s AI‑powered SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic hospitality accounts across Saudi Arabia.
• Drive cross‑sell and upsell of Distribution, Marketing and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers in Revenue, Distribution, Commercial, Marketing and Operations.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions, solution presentations, negotiations and deal closures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective account planning and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent RateGain at industry events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or customer success within travel, hospitality or related SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, account expansion and high renewal rates.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior hotel stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate customer objectives into actionable plans.
