Associate Director - Residential Marketing

About the role

The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications for Residential Development will define and execute the strategic marketing vision for Red Sea Global’s residential portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this senior leader will align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and the long‑term brand strategy, targeting UHNWIs, HNWIs, investors and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated marketing and communications strategies across digital, social, paid media, PR, events, CRM, email and experiential channels.
• Design and launch annual go‑to‑market plans, asset‑specific campaigns and international roadshows to generate qualified leads and support sales performance.
• Oversee creation of premium sales collateral, digital assets, websites, films and brand experiences that reflect a luxury positioning.
• Establish performance frameworks using data analytics, market intelligence and campaign reporting to optimise ROI.
• Manage relationships with creative, media, PR and digital agencies, ensuring brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality or mixed‑use development.
• At least 3–4 years in a senior managerial role leading high‑performing marketing teams.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale product launches and integrated campaigns for high‑value developments.
