Associate Director - Residential Marketing

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking an Associate Director to shape and execute the marketing and communications strategy for its residential portfolio. The role drives brand positioning, demand generation and lead acquisition for luxury residential projects, aligning with the company’s commercial objectives and Vision 2030 goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing and communications strategy for residential developments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
• Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid media, PR, events, website, CRM, email and experiential channels.
• Partner with executive leadership, sales, development, operations and digital teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Define customer segmentation, buyer journeys and engagement plans for UHNWIs, HNWIs and investors.
• Oversee creation of premium sales collateral, digital assets, films, presentations and brand experiences.
• Establish performance frameworks using data analytics, market intelligence and campaign reporting to optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3‑4 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven experience in luxury real estate, hospitality or destination development and in leading large‑scale product launches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market intelligence into commercially successful strategies.
