Associate Director – Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director – Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes within a PMCM environment in Riyadh. The successful candidate will act as the client’s trusted advisor and oversee multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for major infrastructure projects and programmes, establishing governance structures and decision‑making processes.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients, government authorities, executive stakeholders and key project partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and driving performance across schedule, cost, quality, risk and safety.
• Oversee review and approval of project plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies and delivery methodologies.
• Direct consultants, contractors and project‑controls teams to achieve programme goals and manage contractual and commercial matters, including change management and dispute resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively while seeking opportunities for value creation.
• Support business development initiatives and mentor project‑management teams to foster a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related infrastructure engineering discipline.
• Minimum 18 + years of experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven experience in a PMCM/PMC or client‑side project‑management environment.
• Track record of managing projects/programmes valued at SAR 1 billion + and strong stakeholder management with clients, government authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Valid Saudi Iqama and registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
