Associate IT Clinical Applications Analyst

About the role

The Associate IT Clinical Applications Analyst is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and related medical applications. The role focuses on continuously optimizing these applications to support evolving clinical processes and ensure reliable, secure, and effective delivery of healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, support, monitor, and enhance the EHR system and other medical solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end‑users on effective use of medical applications.
• Ensure applications comply with best practices, regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture standards, governance programs, and cybersecurity policies.
• Manage vendor engagements for application support, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Investigate and resolve application‑related incidents and fulfill service requests in line with organizational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Working knowledge of at least one relevant EHR or ancillary medical application.
• Full proficiency in English.

• Experience with medical applications configuration and maintenance.
