Associate IT Clinical Applications Analyst

About the role

The Associate IT Clinical Applications Analyst will implement, configure, maintain and enhance the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and related medical applications. The role focuses on ensuring these systems are reliable, secure and aligned with evolving clinical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, support, monitor and enhance the EHR and other medical solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end users on effective use of medical applications.
• Ensure applications comply with best practices, regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture standards, governance programs and cybersecurity policies.
• Manage vendor engagements for support, managed services or professional services.
• Investigate and resolve application‑related incidents and fulfill service requests in line with organizational policies.
• Evaluate IT demand requests involving medical applications and support approved requests following the IT project management framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• No minimum years of experience required; working knowledge of at least one EHR or ancillary medical application is mandatory.
• Preferred certifications such as CHTS, CAHIMS, CPHIMS, PMP or ITIL.
