Associate Transformation & Change Management

About the role

The Associate Transformation & Change Management will support the design, coordination and tracking of transformation programmes for Cenomi Retail. Working under the Transformation Manager and CTO, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time and generate measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing transformation charters, project trackers and progress dashboards.
• Analyse cost, manpower and operational KPIs to assess initiative impact.
• Support rollout of change‑management initiatives, including communications and training materials.
• Maintain the Transformation Governance Structure database and documentation repository.
• Prepare performance and risk reports for the Transformation Committee.
• Liaise with business owners and the PMO to collect updates and performance metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across departments.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, transformation or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools and an understanding of organisational change dynamics.
