Auditor / Trainer – Certification & Training Specialist

About the role

The Auditor / Trainer will lead certification audits and deliver training assignments for clients in high‑risk sectors such as Oil & Gas and Power. Reporting to Bureau Veritas Certification, the role ensures compliance decisions, HSE safety, and client satisfaction throughout the audit lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize audit and training engagements.
• Authorize recommendations, compliance levels and audit continuation based on HSE conditions.
• Lead on‑site audit teams, manage planning, review, and control of team performance.
• Recommend initial certification, maintenance or recertification decisions.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, understand their needs and drive successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in core sectors such as Oil & Gas or Power.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Completed Lead Auditor courses in the relevant disciplines.

• Management Systems audit preparation process (BMS and local rules).
• Accreditation rules and standards.
• Bureau Veritas audit methodology.
• Local statutory requirements.
