Auto Technician – Pro Tech

About the role

The Auto Technician – Pro Tech is responsible for delivering high‑quality vehicle repairs and after‑sales services in our Riyadh service centre, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Performs repairs right first time according to customer request and promised delivery time.
• Identifies vehicle damage, advises the foreman and informs the service advisor of additional repair items.
• Treats customers' vehicles and belongings with care using protective equipment and returns the vehicle clean.
• Executes after‑sales responsibilities, including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance, following company policies.
• Receives technical information, service bulletins and daily updates to enhance technical skills.
• Supports centre marketing campaigns and Kaizen activities to achieve set targets.
• Maintains an adequate inventory of hand tools and strives for zero comebacks.
• Uses service facilities, tools and equipment safely in line with safety, welfare and branding standards.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or repair.
• Strong time‑management, stress tolerance and professional appearance.
• Ability to recognize problems, work collaboratively and maintain customer focus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of hand tools for vehicle repair.
• Understanding of service bulletins and technical information.
